The Hangout Zone is a “Kids Only” space where kids channel their passion for gaming into enriching, hands-on learning experiences that nurture creativity, media skills and self-expression. Check out the Experience section for all the fun activities!

At The Hangout Zone, kids rotate through a variety of fun, interactive zones—like gaming, green screen, podcasting, karaoke, and creative media. Each zone is designed to last approximately 30-45 minutes. Our team leader helps guide the experience to keep it fun, smooth, and engaging.

The Hangout Zone is designed for kids ages 7–14. We group participants by age to ensure everyone has a fun and age-appropriate experience. 

Activities are designed to be fun and age appropriate. Whether it’s editing a green screen video or competing in a game challenge, kids are guided through each experience. There’s something for every skill level.

Parents or guardians are required to present a valid ID at check-in for safety and pickup verification. Kids do not need an ID to participate; however, a photo will be taken during their initial check-in, and each child will receive a wristband linked to their profile. This bracelet provides secure access and must be scanned at check-in, upon entering each zone, and at check-out.

Yes. All activities at The Hangout Zone are monitored by trained adult staff. For added safety, the facility includes a double security door with a controlled buzz-in/buzz-out system and camera monitoring throughout the center.

We offer both drop-in hours and scheduled sessions. Check our calendar or app for daily availability. It is recommended to schedule your sessions due to space constraints.

Kids can dive into multiplayer gaming, record music or podcasts, create videos using our green screen, sing karaoke, DJ their own playlists, and take on fun mini-challenges. Every experience is designed to be hands-on, creative, and social—so kids are always doing something exciting, not just sitting around.

Nope! Kids are free to move about the space and participate in different zones. This is a creative, open environment. Before leaving your precious gem, please request a quick supervised walk-through.

Please arrive 10–15 minutes before your scheduled session to check in and get settled. To avoid additional charges, pickup should occur about 5 minutes before the session end time. We recommend pre-checking in online to save time and keep everything running smoothly.

We get it—things happen! If you’re running late, please call us at 770-821-ZONE (9663) as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to help. Sessions are scheduled in advance, and additional time may be available for a fee, subject to availability. Please note that the maximum time per child is four hours.

Nope! We provide all the gear—gaming consoles, controllers, mics, green screens, tablets, and editing tools—so kids can jump right in. Personal devices should be left at home. A phone is always available if a child needs to contact a parent, and parents can call the center at any time to speak with a manager.

We provide cubbies for jackets and small personal items. To help kids stay focused and fully engaged, personal phones and devices should remain with parents during the visit. Yes! All parties include dedicated staff who handle the setup, activities, and flow of the experience. Kids enjoy full access to the zones while our team leads the fun on the floor, allowing parents to relax in designated viewing areas.

Once a reservation is made, all deposits are non-refundable. In the event of a cancellation, the deposit may be credited toward a future reservation within six (6) months of the original event date.

We’re currently offering Early Access before our official opening. Sign up through our website to join the early access list, receive updates, and be the first to book sessions, parties, and special offers when reservations open.

Membership is optional. We offer flexible options including hourly visits, extended packages, and memberships for families who plan to visit often.

Outside food and drinks are not permitted, except for items brought in connection with a reserved party. The Hangout Zone offers a selection of small snacks and beverages available for purchase.
